Gianluca, the owner, was a wonderful host who went out of his way to ensure all my needs were met. The breakfast was good, with fresh croissants and a range of options including eggs, yogurt, and coffee.

The staff were COMPASSIONATE and helpful as well, will certainly stay here again. The room was neat and it had central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The breakfast was plentiful with cappuccino and sandwiches, as example, had everything you could want.

The location could use better transportation options nearby!!! A 20-minute walk to the center isn't ideal after a long day exploring!!! Those slippery mattress protectors were quite the annoyance at night!!!

Super quiet and cozy! The room was spacious with a lovely balcony, and I seemed like royalty with all those extra pillows. Access codes was good, so I had my independence.

The power of the shower left me feeling like I was under a drizzle. And let's just say, the mattress protectors had a great escape act at night!

The quadruple room was spacious and had two nice balconies for a comfortable stay. The daily croissant was always fresh and delicious. I enjoyed the serene atmosphere with the shutters blocking out the noise and the cozy mini kettle for hot drinks. One small thing I would have preferred was to have breakfast options known in advance instead of being asked during serving 😊

The room felt a bit cramped with four guests, and the bathroom could have used more space for toiletries. The decor, while modern, felt somewhat minimalistic, and the mattress protectors were a bit slippery at times.

Gianluca was really great waiting for us even after our flight delays. The breakfast spread was great fresh croissants and lots of choices but what hit home was Gianluca's friendly vibe sharing local tips like he cared about making our stay the best.

It wasn't inexpensive but totally worth it for the comfort and service.

The location was ideal for quick transport to the conference I was attending, just a short walk from the tram station.

The location is good and ideal, close to the station. They have parking on site. the staff are fabulously friendly and really care about the guests.

Everything was perfect during our 4-day stay. Truly enjoyed the great location near the tramway and Santa Maria Novella train station. the hotel offered plentiful breakfasts with cakes, sandwiches, and homemade pastries.

The location was fantastic, very close to a train station, with a supermarket and a small grocery store nearby, exactly what we were looking for.
